ZAHQ 2024 Policy

1.About our Policy & How we work?

ZAHQ (We, Us) do our very best to give back to those in need within our local communities by funds that are generously donated by our sponsors/supporters and our ceo. we are not responsible for any damages with or within businesses property/land/location when having our events and/or visiting as special guest/speakers.

2.Events/ How do they work?

A.)Fundraisers

At our (ZAHQ) events we are not responsible for any damages that occur within the owners property.

These last between 3-6 hours depending on event hosted by the company

Existing Vendors worked with in the passed are required to pay only $10 dollars prior to that event (this only applies to fundraisers)  they are participating in.

NEW Vendors pay only $25 after the payment pay of  only $10 for each fundraising event.

B.) GIVEAWAYS

• Vendors do not pay fees what so ever as our giveaways are all about giving back free food, necessity packs and toiletries to our communities.

3.Sponsorships-

•  We will now be charging companies $50 for becoming part of our newest sponsorship family in 2024.

•  Don’t want the hassle of paying month to month?  Sponsorship Care Packages are now available! These packages are a (1) ONE-TIME YEARLY DONATION to help keep the company functioning and up to date with future events and establishing our studio

• *NO REFUNDS* will be issued when it comes towards our/received Donations/Payments/Proceeds/Sponsorship Care package’s as it helps us give back to those in need.

• Companies who wish to back out will be removed from all advertising and/or social media within ZAHQ

4.Advertising/Advertisements-

•  All Sponsors will be advertised (4) FOUR times per week. (This applies directly our main sponsorship flyer that includes everyone & Social Media Services).

• Separated Flyer will be created for Businesses to post on there store.

• Monthly visitation from the chairman to keep all companies up to date with any events, news and progress involved with ZAHQ Gaming Ind. LLC.

• Monthly Updates to our Website so all supporters, companies and audiences can view on a daily basis.

• Non-Sponsors or Businesses who are not part or involved within (Our,Us,We) ZAHQ family must make a donation of $15 dollars every time they would like to be mentioned on our social media platform which getting shared 3x every other day, (1) ONCE A WEEK Only.

• Sponsorship are available for more involvement within our company (ZAHQ) which ranges between $50-$2,000 depending on deals and packages (prices subject to change) (discounts may be given upon request )

• Packages that are $50 are based on monthly donations every month which starts from January-December.

• Packages worth $300-$2,000 are paid by a (1) ONE TIME YEARLY donation for the amount given by Sponsor/Supporter.

• *NO REFUNDS* are issued for payments/Donations

 

5.Bookings-

• Bookings are now available for all colleges,career fairs, expos, within New Mexico and Texas areas!

-Must book 3 weeks in advanced for the ceo to attend.

-Must be notified 3 days prior to event for any cancellations!

-Days that are available are (wednesdays – Thursdays) Mornings and afternoons

-Fridays (based on availability)

-(SATURDAYS & Sundays unavailable) unless booked in advanced for private events.

6.ARTISTS

 

• ARTISTS

who work with ZAHQ get a reimbursement/payment of $80-$100 per each event attended/preforming at all ZAHQ is hosting and/or hosted.

-Artist must notify 2 weeks prior to event for any cancellations.

• PAYMENTS

-take up to 1 – 2 weeks from event hosted by the company

-These are usually paid of by either Cash or Cash App.

-Payment may paid while in person as well to meet up.

7.PRODUCERS/PRODUCING MEDIA

-COMPLETED TRACKS:

we,us (ZAHQ) pay $25 for a full completed track to producer.

-Beats/Samples:

for beats and samples we pay $10 for each beat and sample provided by producer

-Payments:

Are made by cashapp and or money transfer (cash in person: Local Only)

-Artists/producers

will get all credit for work established and put into “Zymbow’s Adventure” video game and will be mentioned on all social media/In-game/credits/advertisement.

 

-Third party:

third party & steaming services are not allowed for any advertisement without proper permission.

-Be advised:

Once work/music produced by artist is in the game it is in there for good all work created is owned by (Us,We) ZAHQ and have all rights to use towards any advertising services that involves through out ZAHQ’s social media/s and or website/steaming services used. only artist/s may advertise upon given proper concent and permission to use

Terms & Conditions

All paperwork, designs, policies are subject and copyrighted by law as of 2022-2024, Any misleading, misused or advertising of ZAHQ and Zymbow’s Adventure without consent of owner/company is subject to fines over $500 - $10,000 and or imprisonment. Which involves any social media/online steaming services.
